All fighters and coachs must accept the following rules:

• Two-Way flights to Bali - Indonesia are total responsibility of the fighter and coach
• Accommodation and meals expenses are total responsibility of the fighter and coach
• Visa demands and other travelling bureaucracy (if need) are total responsibility of the fighter and coach
• All other travel expenses are total responsibility of the fighter and coach
• Fighter and/or coach can ask for external sponsors to help them to support expenses.
• Need to be present at Kuta, Bali - Indonesia from the 19th June 2023 until the 26th June 2023
• Accepts to fight any fighter appointed by Emerge Fight Series (immediate exclusion if not)
• Accepts to fight on the time and date appointed by Emerge Fight Series (immediate exclusion if not)
• Do not ask or expect any financial compensation to fight at the eliminations and/or finals fights
• Will be on Weight of the chosen Weight Category at registration by the moment of the Weight-Ins (immediate exclusion if not no second chances)
• Confirms that the fighter is not a Professional fighter (that lives completely from the wage got fighting)
• Accepts to fight only on K1 style and accepts the WKA rules of the style
• Accepts that he/she can't participate at the 2023 World Championships bouts, and remain available to Emerge promotions, interviews, photo sessions and other interaction scheduled by Emerge Fight Series
• Confirms that all the informations provided for registration are true. If Emerge Fight Series and WKA suspects or confirms some misinformation provided, the fighter is automatically excluded from the voting poll. If votes are already finish, the fighter will be automatically excluded from the results. If the fighter is already at the Eliminations or Finals venue, it will be excluded from the brackets and be declared loser in any fights already done.
